What is the warranty on refurbished products ?
All Dell Outlet systems are sold with the same standard limited warranties as we offer on our new systems. And that’s not all! You can also upgrade warranty on your purchased Outlet Systems by selecting upgrade warranty option at while checking out

Can add on warranty be added post sales ?
Yes. All Dell Outlet systems are eligible for post-sale add on warranty upgrade. Kindly connect with Dell customer service team for such add-on purchases.

What is the warranty on batteries ?
Normally, laptop batteries are covered by One (1) year warranty support. The battery warranty start date is same as the hardware invoice date.

Can I change my order?
Before placing your order, please make sure you have included everything you need as we cannot make any changes once the order has been submitted. Once placed, your order enters our order processing system, and thereafter, it is not possible to change the order in any way after it has been submitted. If you have forgotten something, simply visit our website to place another order.

Can I cancel my order?
If you are an end user customer and wish to return a product that you have directly purchased from Dell Australia Pty Limited ("Dell"), we are happy to offer an exchange or refund or credit of the purchase price paid, provided the product is returned to Dell within 15 days of the date of Dell's invoice. Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the amount of any applicable shipping and handling fees and/or restocking fees (as further described below). If your purchase qualifies for a promotion offered by Dell that extends the return period for a specific product, the return rights and obligations included with the promotion will apply to your purchase. What is Dell’s return policy?
You can return products that you bought directly from us within 15 days set by our Return Policy - https://www.dell.com/learn/au/en/aucorp1/policies-returns. If your order has an error, or if you want to return your order for another reason, don’t refuse delivery of your order. Refusing delivery may increase the amount of time that it takes to credit your account. If you would like to return your order, you should accept the delivery, contact our chat sales team or customer service team to arrange your return.

What is differences between New vs Refurbished products?
Certified refurbished products are previously opened/used products. These products are submitted to a rigorous refurbishing process to achieve the highest quality and performance standards. Products may have some observable cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance. How to fix Window Autopilot Domain issues after parts or a system replacement?
If you have recently replaced a motherboard or system and received a device that is not logged into your Azure AD tenant. Then the system might already be registered to another Azure AD domain. In this case, you will be prompted for credentials, but the welcome screen will display the wrong Azure AD domain name.
